• 13h30 : Départ Course U19 H + WE + WU23 + WU19 + WU17
• 14h20 : Départ Course Elites 3 + Masters A/B/C/D
• 15h15 : Départ Course U23 + Elites 2
• 16h30 : Fun Cross (participation tout public)

• U8 - U9 - U10 : 10 minutes
• U11 - U12 : 15 minutes
• U13 : 20 minutes
• U14 : 22 minutes
• U15 : 25 minutes
• U17 : 30 minutes
• U19 H + WE + WU23 + WU19 + WU17 : 40 minutes (WU17 un tour de moins)
• Elites 3 + Masters A/B/C/D : 40 minutes
• U23 + Elites 2 : 60 minutes
